Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking a self-driven Client Care Scheduling Manager to oversee the daily creation and implementation of care schedules for our senior clients in Chadds Ford, PA.

You will assign caregivers, monitor performance, participate in client and caregiver meetings, and collaborate with the Wellness Team to adjust plans of care as needed. This on-site role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a calm, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare related field preferred
• Two years supervisory experience in senior homecare preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and scheduling systems
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism at all times
• Detail-oriented team player with ability to multitask
• Ability to remain calm, flexible, and maintain humor in challenging situations
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines
• Vaccination proof required

Responsibilities

• Participate in initial and ongoing client and caregiver meetings.
• Staff cases matched by clients' needs, caregivers' skills, experience, availability and personality.
• Schedule, participate in, and document home visits, collecting client feedback on caregiver performance.
• Collaborate with Wellness Team Supervisor to review Plans of Care and update as warranted.
• Evaluate client and employee satisfaction to resolve complaints and incidents.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and referral sources and support after-hours on-call duties.
