Job summary

Seattle's Union Gospel Mission is seeking an After-Care Case Manager II to join a team delivering a safe, healing environment in a Christian transitional living program. You will work with staff and partners to support guests toward stable housing and reintegration into the community.

The role emphasizes collaboration, housing stability planning, crisis intervention, and data reporting to demonstrate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree is required; a combination of education and four years of relatable experience may be substituted.
• Three years of experience in a social services or rescue mission setting; one year in a Case Manager role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; valid Washington State Driver’s License preferred with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Train new staff and provide training to team members.
• Collaborate with program ministries to implement After-care for guests.
• Develop housing stability plans with guests and external resources.
• Facilitate community events for guests and alumni.
• Create partnerships with other social services via Relationship Manager.
