Job summary

IDEX is seeking a technically skilled professional to support Advanced Flow Solutions (AFS) product applications in the field. The role involves training customers at all levels, installing and testing AFS products, and reporting field findings to production and engineering.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of vehicle electrical/hydraulic systems, plus experience with ERP/CRM tools. Willingness to travel 50%+ is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle electrical systems and hydraulics.
• Previous firefighting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP and CRM systems (JD Edwards, Salesforce).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Provide IDEX AFS training for customers.
• Install, test and report on IDEX AFS products.
• Help craft training curriculum and content.
• Assist in OEM and End user specifications.
• Collect and report VOC data.
• Perform sales and customer service duties on/off site.
• Serve as SME for IDEX AFS systems.
• Identify product gaps and communicate to PM/engineering.
• Assist in wiring harness design as required.
• Assist engineering with product testing.
• Assist OEM customers/dealers with end-user education.
• All other duties as assigned.
