Job summary

IDEX Corporation in Ocala, Florida is seeking an experienced field support professional for Advanced Flow Solutions (AFS). You will train customers, install and test AFS products, and support the commercial team as the subject matter expert for AFS systems.

Travel will be required up to 50% to support customers and OEMs. The role requires knowledge of vehicle electrical and hydraulic systems, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 5 years related experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical, hydraulic and engine systems.
• Experience with vehicle multiplexing systems is a plus.
• Ability to travel 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Provide IDEX AFS training for customers at all levels.
• Install, functional test and report on IDEX AFS products.
• Help craft training curriculum and content.
• Assist in OEM and End user specifications.
• Assist in collecting and reporting VOC data.
• Perform sales and customer service duties on/off site.
• Act as subject matter expert for IDEX AFS systems.
