Cascade Management, Inc. in Tigard, OR, seeks a Property Management Software Support Specialist to administer and optimize our affordable housing software platforms.

You will be the SME, delivering timely technical support, user training, and proactive guidance across departments to improve efficiency and compliance. You will manage support tickets, configure systems, prepare user documentation, and collaborate with Property Management, Compliance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to ensure data

Qualifications

• Associate degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of software support, system administration, or related tech experience.
• Experience using a ticketing system for issue tracking and escalation.
• Experience delivering individual and group training; creating user documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for affordable housing property management software; provide support and guidance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, tickets, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve software issues; coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Manage and document support tickets; ensure timely resolutions.
• Administer software systems including user setups, security, and configurations.
• Develop training materials, guides, and FAQs.
• Collaborate with departments to align software with operations and compliance.
• Assist with software implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and data validation.
