Job summary

Bridge Property Management, an affiliate of Bridge Investment Group, seeks an Application Support Associate in Oregon to resolve software issues, assist property teams, and test releases. You will triage requests, troubleshoot across platforms, and document solutions to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with a property management software system such as Yardi, RealPage, or MRI.
• Experience handling support requests in a ticketing system (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshworks).
• Clear, friendly communication with people at every level.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Resolve support requests from property managers, community managers, and corporate staff from intake to closure.
• Troubleshoot issues across platforms (Yardi, RentCafe, Blue Moon, Domuso, BILT, SmartRent) and find root cause.
• Set up, change, and remove Yardi user access with HR and operations.
• Escalate to vendors and follow through to resolution.
• Test software updates before release and report readiness.
• Document fixes in tickets and knowledge base; flag repeat issues.
