Job summary

Cascade Management is seeking an Administrator of Maintenance Services to oversee training, project management, and supervision of maintenance teams across multiple properties. The role supports portfolio management with maintenance procedures and safety initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to service standards.

Based in our Portland/Tigard area, the position requires travel to properties across OR, WA, ID and TX and involves supervising a team of maintenance staff and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• 5 years progressive construction experience including project management and supervisory roles.
• 5 years of multifamily building management in a managerial role over a large portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff training and development.
• Manage Regional Maintenance Auditors and Supervisors and other staff.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management on maintenance processes and metrics.
• Develop site maintenance plans and standard procedures.
• Lead safety meetings and mitigate hazards at properties.
• Coordinate capital projects and vendor relationships.
• Provide interview support and recruitment tools for maintenance teams.
