You will supervise staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely rent collection and maintenance, with after-hours on-call duties and regional training as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
• Market and lease apartments, drive occupancy and rent collection.
• Manage property budgets and cost control measures.
• Address and resolve resident concerns and manage work orders.
• Supervise property staff (maintenance, housekeeping) and ensure vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations.
• Prepare for inspections and maintain property curb appeal and safety.
