Job summary

JES Holdings' Fairway Management division is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties in the Jefferson City, MO area.

You will market and lease apartments, manage budgets, ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations, and supervise site staff, while delivering high-quality service to residents and ensuring safety and curb appeal.

Travel for regional trainings and on-call after-hours support may be required as part of your role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
• Market and lease apartments and manage budgets.
• Address and manage resident concerns and supervise property staff.
• Adhere to compliance regulations for affordable housing and conduct inspections.
• Ensure vacant units are rentable, on-call for emergencies, and participate in trainings.
