Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn new software.
• Experience with income qualification and tenant file accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments and maintain occupancy targets.
• Manage property budgets and cost efficiencies.
• Address resident concerns and process work orders promptly.
• Supervise property staff and coordinate vendor work.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations.
• Conduct unit inspections and daily property walks.
