Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of designated properties in the affordable housing sector. You will market and lease apartments, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC requirements.

You will supervise staff, handle resident concerns, and coordinate inspections and turnovers to maintain occupancy targets and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Competent in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities
