Job summary

Fairway Management (FWM) is seeking a Property Manager to oversee multifamily communities in Brookfield, MO. You will market and lease units, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with affordable housing programs while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires LIHTC/Section 8 experience, strong Fair Housing knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office. You will lead staff, coordinate inspections, and drive occupancy with strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments.
• Oversee budgets and stay within cost targets.
• Address resident concerns and complaints promptly.
• Supervise property staff including maintenance and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs and inspections.
• Coordinate move-ins/transfers and eligibility documentation.
• Manage vendor relationships and property inspections.
• Lead marketing and leasing strategy to maintain occupancy.
