JES Holdings, Fairway Management division (FWM), manages over 250 apartment communities and single-family rentals in affordable housing. We seek a property manager who thrives in dynamic environments, delivering outstanding resident service, leasing, and cost control.

You will supervise staff, oversee budgets, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC/Section 8 programs, and drive occupancy. You will lead marketing/ leasing strategies, conduct regular property inspections, and coordinate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC, or Section 8
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with learning new software

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties
• Market and lease apartments, drive occupancy and cost effectiveness
• Oversee budgets and ensure regulatory compliance for affordable housing
• Address and manage resident concerns and service requests promptly
• Supervise property staff and coordinate maintenance and housekeeping
• Inspect units and manage vendor performance
• Lead marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy targets
• Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and on-site inspections
