Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking a Property Manager for Fairway Management to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, market and lease units, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with affordable housing programs.

You will lead resident services, supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, and drive occupancy targets while maintaining Fair Housing compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC, or Section 8
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with learning new software

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments and manage resident relations
• Maintain property budgets and drive cost effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and affordable housing rules
• Supervise property staff and coordinate maintenance
• Inspect properties and supervise vendor work
• Organize community activities and open houses
• On-call for after-hours emergencies and training events
• Lead marketing and leasing strategy to meet occupancy targets
• Perform regular unit inspections and safety walks
