Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of assigned apartment communities within our Fairway Management division. You will drive leasing, ensure affordability program compliance, and deliver exceptional resident service.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and lead marketing strategies to maintain occupancy and curb appeal while meeting regulatory inspections and Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC, or Section 8.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Skilled in income qualification and regulatory compliance.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments to maintain occupancy targets.
• Oversee property staff and vendor activities.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and inspections.
• Manage budgets and control costs.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain curb appeal.
