Job summary

JES Holdings, Fairway Management (FWM) is seeking a property manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at affordable housing properties. You will market and lease apartments, manage budgets, address resident concerns, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

You will conduct inspections, coordinate moves, and lead marketing strategies to sustain occupancy. Strong LIHTC/Section 8 experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; travel for training may be

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of affordable housing experience with LIHTC, or Section 8
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Skilled in income qualification, tenant file accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Market and lease apartments to maintain occupancy targets.
• Oversee budgets and cost‑effective practices.
• Address and manage resident concerns and service requests.
• Supervise property staff and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and inspections.
• Coordinate vendor inspections and on‑site safety walks.
• Lead marketing and leasing strategies for each property.
• Be on call for after‑hours emergencies.
