Qualifications

• Significant experience in multifamily, commercial construction, renovation, or rehabilitation of existing buildings.
• Strong project management experience with hands-on superintendent or field leadership experience.
• Ability to assess building conditions and translate findings into actionable scopes and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction due diligence for prospective acquisitions, including site inspections and capital improvement requirements.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and civil plans to establish renovation scopes and risks.
• Develop preliminary construction budgets and cost estimates without detailed takeoffs.
• Manage bids, negotiate pricing, and coordinate contractor and vendor selection.
• Coordinate renovations in occupied multifamily communities while minimizing disruption to residents.
