Job summary
The Related Group is seeking a Director of Acquisitions & Development to lead sourcing, underwriting and development of affordable multifamily housing projects. You will drive growth in the affordable portfolio, manage due diligence, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in real estate acquisitions and development, with affordable housing experience.
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, and tax-exempt bond financing.
- Proven ability to source, underwrite, negotiate, and close transactions.
Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate affordable multifamily acquisitions, preservation, and rehabilitation opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with brokers, owners, developers and industry contacts to generate deal flow.
- Conduct underwriting, market analysis, feasibility studies, and investment evaluations.
