Qualifications

• Experience processing high-volume HUD Project Based Section 8 and/or LIHTC recertifications.
• Real Page One Site experience is a plus.
• Notary public is a plus.
• COS/TCS/BOS credentials is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide certifications (initial, interim, annual) and calculate retroactive rent per guidelines.
• Collect required documentation from residents and process verifications.
• Apply correct rents for annual/interim recertification and ensure compliance.
• Review and finalize HUD 50059 forms.
• Prepare rent repayment agreements and explain rent calculations per HUD.
• Review EIV reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accuracy while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision in a high-volume environment.
• Prioritize time to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Support site and office operations as assigned by manager.
