Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations for our Florida communities. You will supervise staff and vendors, coordinate requests, and ensure safety and quality across on-site facilities.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA and CPO certifications, and basic computer skills. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is also needed. On-call duties and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance Management of community operations.
• Coordinate resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily.
• Manage and supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the property.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and make-ready status.
