Laurel Park Apartments in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join Arnold Grounds Apartment Management. You will assist the Community Manager with leasing activities, resident relations, applications, and compliance documentation in a busy affordable-housing office.

The ideal candidate has multifamily leasing experience, with LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, or income-certifications knowledge, and strong customer-service skills. Equal Opportunity Employer.

• Prior multifamily leasing experience required.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8) preferred.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

• Greet prospects, conduct community tours, and respond to inquiries.

• Verify income/assets and maintain compliant documentation.
• Prepare leases and move-in paperwork; support recertifications.
