Arnold Grounds Apartment Management is seeking a Leasing Agent for Laurel Park Apartments in St. Louis, Missouri. The role focuses on leasing activities, resident relations, application processing, and compliance documentation for income-restricted housing programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily leasing is required.
• Experience with affordable housing programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, Section 8 and income certifications is desirable.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct community tours.
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins.
• Process rental applications and assist with screening.
• Verify income, assets, and eligibility for affordable housing programs.
• Maintain applicant and resident files per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare leases, addendums, and move-in paperwork.
• Assist with LIHTC, HUD, Section 8 compliance documentation.
• Support annual and interim recertifications and delinquency notices.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, applicants, vendors, and visitors.
