Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Previous sales and/or tax credit leasing experience preferred.
• NCHM COS & TCS Certification or equivalent certification or ability to obtain certifications soon.

Responsibilities

• Markets and leases the property, aims for occupancy goals, and analyzes market conditions to adjust strategies.
• Ensures compliance with the Fair Housing Act and manages lease renewals.
• Interacts with residents and staff, communicates professionally, and addresses concerns promptly.
• Complies with policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collects rents, monitors delinquencies, and maintains accurate records.
• Prepares and distributes reports on operational and financial data.
• Promotes resident services initiatives and engages residents in activities.
• Keeps the Property Manager informed and supports other communities as needed.
