Premier Property Management, LLC. in Detroit, MI is seeking a full-time Leasing Specialist. You will greet walk-ins, show apartments, and drive leasing, marketing and community relations for the property.

You will handle application processing, complete required reporting to MSHDA/HUD, and coordinate maintenance to ensure market-ready units. Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential, with LIHTC/Section 8 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must work well in a team environment.
• Problem solver with a high sense of urgency.
• LIHTC, Section 8, Public Housing and/or RAD experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• 2 years verifiable experience.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and handling 'Walk In' traffic.
• Showing Apartments.
• Leasing, marketing and public relations of the community.
• Guest Card Completion.
• Application processing.
• Completion of required reporting to MSHDA, HUD and other government oversight departments.
• Resident Retention.
• Scheduling of contractors and maintenance to ensure proper apartment turns.
• Walking vacant units to ensure that they are market ready.
• Lease signings.
