LR Management is seeking a dependable Leasing Consultant to join the team in Michigan. The role focuses on presenting apartments, building rapport with tenants, and executing leases while supporting administrative tasks. Prior sales or hospitality experience plus multi-family exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or GED with leasing experience considered.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask during busy periods.

Responsabilités

• Present apartments and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Build rapport with current and prospective tenants and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and addendums per standards.
• Maintain apartment availability and unit status records.
• Monitor usage of community facilities (laundry, mail, gym).
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure property is well-maintained.
• Screen prospective tenants for eligibility.
• Oversee orientation of new tenants.
• Assist with office/clerical tasks and answer phones professionally.
• Follow up on service requests as needed.
• Accept rent payments, deposits, and fees.
• Maintain and store documents securely.
• Inspect properties at occupancy and move-out.
