Job summary

LR Management is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Michigan to drive leasing activity, present apartments, and deliver excellent customer service. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, with prior sales or retail experience and multi-family exposure.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, or a high school diploma/GED with leasing coordinator experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM systems.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; ability to multitask during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Present apartments and amenities to prospective tenants.
• Build rapport with current and prospective tenants and provide personalized service.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and addendums per property standards.
• Maintain apartment availability and unit status records.
• Coordinate with maintenance and manage tenant orientation.
• Assist with office and clerical tasks; answer phones professionally.
• Follow up on service requests and collect rent, security deposits, and fees.
