Job summary

Aeon seeks a Leasing Agent for the South Quarter communities near Minneapolis, including The Rose, The Wellstone, The Jourdain, and Pine Cliff. You will handle inquiries, tours, applications, and move-in tasks to ensure smooth leasing and strong occupancy.

You will collaborate with the Senior Property Manager and maintenance teams to prepare units, renewals, and create a welcoming resident experience while meeting Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as leasing, property management, real estate, or sales.
• Ability to learn and apply leasing criteria, eligibility requirements, and Fair Housing policies.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and managing multiple applicants in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of apartment availability, rates, features, and eligibility; provide clear info to prospects.
• Conduct engaging tours, move prospects through the leasing process, and meet occupancy goals.
• Guide applicants through applications, document collection, and income verification per Aeon policies.
• Maintain accurate leasing records in Aeon's property management systems and coordinate with teams.
