Job summary

Aeon is seeking a Property Manager to lead the daily operations of Paige Hall, The Barrington, and The Heritage in Downtown Minneapolis, MN. You will supervise property staff, oversee leasing, manage budgets, ensure affordable housing compliance, and maintain a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and guests.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and client-focused service to deliver high-quality affordable housing communities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven success in property management operations.
• Affordable housing experience including Project-Based Section 8 and Tax Credit is preferred.
• Experience engaging with residents facing mental health, poverty, or trauma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team and oversee leasing, occupancy, and resident services.
• Manage budgets and financial performance for assigned properties.
• Ensure affordable housing compliance and oversee property maintenance and safety.
