You will verify income/assets, gather documentation, communicate with applicants, and partner with property teams to keep leasing on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing or property management.
• Ability to review detailed financial and household information.
• Understanding of LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, HOME, or similar programs.
• Proficiency with screening and eligibility processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy.
