Atlantic Pacific Companies seeks a Leasing Consultant for two Houston affordable housing communities. The role focuses on leasing apartments, processing applications, and supporting residents' needs within HUD/LIHTC guidelines.

The position requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience, with familiarity in Yardi, Bluemoon, Yieldstart, and general office software. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1–2 years related experience in residential services, customer service, or sales.
• LIHTC/ Affordable housing experience preferred; marketing and customer service background required.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, provides leasing information, schedules tours and processes moves-in.
• Welcomes prospects, explains applications and prepares move-in packets after approval.
• Reviews lease details, policies and gate access with residents.
• Walks new residents through move-in inventory and sign-offs for keys.
• Assists with service requests, periodic communications, and lease changes.
• Prepares community letters with manager approval and handles fee collection per HUD/LIHTC rules.
• Maintains office cleanliness and supports follow-up on work orders.
