Catholic Charities of Central Washington is seeking a Property Manager for Quincy Manor (20 units) to oversee day-to-day operations of CCHS multifamily properties, including rent collection, maintenance oversight, resident relations, and staffing.

The role ensures LIHTC and Section 8 compliance while maintaining high occupancy and financial performance, and it requires coordinating with maintenance staff to deliver quality resident services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; strong property management software skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce CCHS policies, lease terms, and community rules.
• Maintain budgeted guidelines and verify invoices.
• Ensure timely resident communications and respond to work orders.
