Catholic Charities of Central Washington seeks a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of tax credit senior housing and USDA farmworker properties. You will supervise staff, manage leasing and recertifications, support resident relations, and ensure safe, well-maintained properties for seniors and farmworker households.

Responsibilities include budgeting, adherence to LIHTC and USDA regulations, and promoting high occupancy and quality services.

Qualificações

• General property management knowledge and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Experience supervising staff and managing leasing and recertifications.
• Familiarity with LIHTC, USDA Rural Development, and fair housing laws.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce property management policies and lease terms.
• Achieve property goals within budget and timelines.
• Maintain tenant relations and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, and move-in processes with maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and funder requirements.
