Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington is seeking a Part Time Property Manager for Quincy Manor (20 units) in Quincy, WA. You will oversee day-to-day operations including rent collection, marketing, maintenance oversight, and resident relations to ensure LIHTC and Section 8 compliance and high occupancy.

You will lead the site team, monitor budgets, prepare reports, and coordinate with service providers to maintain quality resident services while adhering to all applicable laws.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in property management is preferred; supervisory experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and property management software is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Enforces property policies and lease terms.
• Manages budget and invoices; ensures prompt payments.
• Oversees maintenance and vendor coordination; ensures resident safety and satisfaction.
• Maintains resident records and reports; supports resident retention programs.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing laws and funding requirements.
