Job summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington seeks a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a tax credit senior housing community and USDA farmworker properties in Washington state. You will ensure compliance with LIHTC and USDA Rural Development regulations while maintaining occupancy, financial performance, and high-quality resident services.

The role includes supervising staff, managing leasing and recertifications, resident relations, budgeting, and ensuring safety and property

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; knowledge of property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of tax credit senior housing and USDA farmworker properties.
• Ensures compliance with LIHTC and USDA Rural Development regulations.
• Manages leasing, recertifications, and resident relations.
• Prepares and distributes financial, leasing, and other related reports.
