Job summary

Catholic Charities Housing Services in Quincy, WA seeks an on-site Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the 20-unit Quincy Manor. You will manage rent collection, marketing, and maintenance while ensuring lease compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong clerical and accounting skills, and the ability to work with diverse residents. Schedule Tue-Thu, 9am–3:30pm, with after-hours emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe; property management software experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for efficient day-to-day operations of the CCHS multifamily properties.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Section 8 regulations while maintaining high occupancy and quality resident services.
• Manage rent collection, marketing, maintenance oversight, and resident relations.
• Prepare and distribute property-related reports; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate budget preparation and tracking; ensure invoices are properly coded and paid.
