Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a housing community on site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with Asset’s policies and fair housing guidelines.

Experience in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD) and campus-style leadership is preferred. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and a willingness to engage residents and uphold quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs.
• Experience with LIHTC and HUD programs is preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage leasing and on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under regional guidance.
• Supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, administration and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety standards and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial performance.
• Foster resident satisfaction through effective communication and service quality.
