CONAM Management in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring a Community Manager for Aviara Apartments. You will oversee lease-up, operations and accounting for an affordable property, ensuring resident satisfaction and strong financial performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, LIHTC/Section 8 experience, and leadership of on-site staff. Proficiency with Yardi or MRI is expected, plus a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This is a full-time, benefit-rich position.

Formación

• 2–3 years of property management experience in affordable communities.
• Experience with LIHTC and Section 8 required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring on-site staff.
• Proficient with property management software (Yardi/MRI) for records and financials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the affordable multi-family community.
• Supervise on-site staff and guide customer service, leasing, and resident relations.
• Manage leasing including marketing, tours, applications, and leases.
• Prepare budgets, monthly financial reports, and monitor expenditures.
• Conduct regular interior and exterior inspections for upkeep and compliance.
• Administer resident services and programs to foster community.
• Oversee renovations and ensure on-time, budget-conforming completion.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations.
• Handle resident concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain records for move-ins/outs, rent collections, and renewals.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve community goals.
• Travel for business as needed (bank deposits, audits, etc.).
