CONAM Management Corporation is seeking a Roving Community Manager for the San Diego Affordable region. You will oversee operations, maintenance, leasing and resident relations across multiple conventional properties while ensuring budgets and financial performance meet targets.

The role requires 2-3 years in affordable property management, familiarity with HUD/LIHTC/PSH programs, and strong leadership. A valid driver's license and insurance are needed; on-site role with full benefits and

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property management, specifically in managing affordable apartment communities.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, PSH, Section 8, Senior, Rural Development is required.
• Strong leadership and ability to oversee daily operations of a multi-family community.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collection experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of affordable multi-family communities, ensuring safety, maintenance and welcoming environments for residents.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise on-site staff, guiding customer service, leasing and resident relations.
• Manage leasing process including marketing units, tours, applications and leases.
• Ensure financial performance by creating budgets, preparing monthly reports and monitoring expenditures.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards and regulatory compliance.
• Administer resident programs and services to foster a strong community.
• Oversee renovations and updates, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and handle resident concerns professionally.
