CONAM Management is seeking a Roving Community Manager (Affordable) for Country Manor in Tulare, CA. Manage operations, leasing, and resident relations across the Fresno region, with onsite housing provided. This full-time role requires LIHTC/Section 8 experience and strong leadership.

The position offers housing in a 3bd 2bth unit, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits. Proficiency with Yardi/MRI and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• LIHTC and Section 8 experience is required.
• 2-3 years of property management experience in affordable housing.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and managing leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Proficiency with Yardi or MRI for resident records and financials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an affordable multi-family community.
• Lead on-site staff and guide leasing and resident relations.
• Manage leasing: marketing, tours, applications and leases.
• Prepare budgets and monthly financial reports to monitor expenditures.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors for maintenance and compliance.
• Administer resident programs to boost satisfaction.
• Oversee renovations within budget and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations.
• Maintain resident transaction records and renewals.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve community goals.
