Job summary

Banc of California is seeking a Private Client Services Officer in Santa Ana, CA to manage affluent consumer and business client relationships, onboard new deposits, and support treasury management products with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with Private Banking Relationship Managers and internal partners to ensure timely, compliant service delivery and a superior client experience across all onboarding and servicing activities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of new accounts experience and 3 years of banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of CIP, KYC, Beneficial Ownership, BSA/AML, OFAC, and related regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Treasury Management products and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and service affluent consumer and business clients.
• Deliver a high-touch client experience by addressing requests and providing timely solutions.
• Build relationships with clients, Private Banking Relationship Managers and internal partners.
• Prepare Treasury Management setup documentation and support implementations.
• Process transactions and wire transfers within authority while maintaining risk controls.
• Ensure onboarding and servicing activities comply with CIP/KYC and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, BSA/AML, Operations for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation and adherence to policies and procedures.
