• Ability to handle operational responsibility and assist tellers.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Branch Operations Manager with teller support and risk mitigation.
• Approve customer transactions within policy limits (Cashier’s Checks, wire transfers, deposits).
• Apply banking policies and procedures to daily tasks.
• Support branch audits and certification results.
• Maintain branch and ATM cash limits and security.
