Job summary

Banc of California is seeking a Client Banking Officer to support Community Banking relationships. You will onboard both business and consumer depository products, complete TM setup forms, and handle routine account maintenance and inquiries from clients and partners.

You will apply sound judgment for approvals, verify documents, process transactions up to authority limits, and collaborate with frontline staff to deliver accurate service daily.

• A minimum of 1 year of client services experience.
• 1 year of Banking or Financial Services experience and Know Your Customer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Onboards business and consumer depository products and services via the Community Banking channel.
• Completes Treasury Management setup forms for TM products.
• Fulfills deposit account maintenance and supersede requests.
• Gathers and validates KYC/CDD information for depository and TM services.
• Provides clients with detailed information about depository and TM products and services.
• Responsible for transactions and wire requests up to authority limits.
• Processes inquiries and resolves problems with sound judgment based on precedent.
• Performs account maintenance, reviews transactions, and obtains necessary approvals.
• Responds to inquiries and follows up with clients and frontline staff.
• Follows established policies and procedures.
