WITHIN is a Performance Branding company seeking an Affiliate Account Manager in New York. You will balance client satisfaction with team success, drawing on affiliate and influencer marketing experience to drive data-driven results. The role offers a hybrid work setup and exposure to iconic brands.

You will manage partners, pull reports, optimize through commission testing and cross-channel attribution, and lead initiatives that improve workflows and performance.

Qualifications

2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience distilling client goals into prioritized tasks.
Experience with affiliate networks and reporting dashboards.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to teach best practices.

Responsibilities

Manage, negotiate, develop, and nurture affiliate partners.
Pull weekly/monthly reports; present findings to clients.
Craft strategies: commission testing, attribution, cross-channel analysis.
Ensure efficient workflows and processes; adjust as needed.
Handle day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.
