Job summary

MSU Federal Credit Union seeks an Affiliate Brand Services Specialist to support strategic affiliate partnerships and enhance the member experience. You will collaborate with affiliate partners, provide operational support, and gather feedback to drive service improvements while aligning activities with MSUFCU’s values.

The role is hybrid, based in Marquette, MI, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and strong emphasis on training, communication, and continuous improvement across affiliate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in customer experience, affiliate management, or partner relations, preferably in financial services.
• Experience supporting partnerships or affiliate programs with focus on service excellence and efficiency.
• Proven cross-team collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Experience gathering and reporting feedback to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with office tools and CRM or partner management systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain affiliate relationships to enhance member experience.
• Provide training, resources, and support for consistent high‑quality service across affiliate touchpoints.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and affiliate partners to enable communications and improvements.
• Collect and analyze member feedback and performance metrics to suggest enhancements.
• Support affiliate initiatives, promotions, and events to drive member engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards while promoting transparency.
