Job summary

CP Staffing Solutions is seeking an Affiliate Account Manager for NYC or Dallas, with a focus on managing affiliate partners, analyzing performance data, and optimizing cross-channel strategies. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a hybrid work setting.

You will work with established brands, translate client goals into actionable tasks, and collaborate with teammates to scale affiliate programs through data-driven decisions and best-practice workflows.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Affiliate Marketing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience distilling client goals into tasks, prioritized and measured.
• Comfort with established brands and team collaboration.
• Experience with affiliate networks (Impact, Pepperjam, ShareASale).
• Exposure to multiple verticals (subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of G-Suite & Excel; proactive and teachable.
• Ability to train junior team members and build growing workflows.
• Understanding of attribution and LTV concepts.

Responsibilities

• Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients.
• Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis.
• Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity.
• Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network.

Affiliate Account Manager - NYC or Dallas:

As an Affiliate Account Manager, you thrive on finding the perfect balance between client satisfaction and team success. Your approach is strategic and analytical, and you've garnered valuable experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, both in agency and brand settings. You’re a self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease, always ready to deliver data-driven business solutions to both clients and your team. Your appetite for growth and challenges is insatiable, and you’re adept at championing this mindset within your team.

Some of the duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio.

• Exposure to different verticals/business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc
• Extraordinarily strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of G-suite & excel
• Must be inquisitive and proactive
• Able to adopt, document, and teach best practices of new partners and teammates
• Experience training and coaching junior team members and building small teams that are rapidly growing (establishing new workflows, processes, and objectives)
• Standard ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV
