  • Execute campaigns incorporating seasonal promotions, product updates, and brand objectives.
  • Oversee reporting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights for clients.
  • Monitor commission structures, conversion rates, and partner performance to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution across channels.
  • Support compliance by monitoring adherence to brand guidelines, platform policies, and industry regulations.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage budgets, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices for affiliate program compliance.
  • This role will be key in driving the growth and success of the affiliate program through strategic planning, performance optimization, and strong relationship management.
  • Travel Requirements: Must be able and willing to travel between NY & Dallas offices and to client and other company meetings within the U.S., as needed.
