Job summary

Extremity Care is seeking a Territory Manager for the aesthetics division in the Bethesda area. You will present products, identify client needs, and design plans to meet sales targets while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include executing strategic plans, reporting regional results, cross-selling, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve quotas. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives on progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Work closely with salespeople and internal teams to meet quotas.
• Answer customer questions about features, pricing and services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales reps from different territories to share best practices.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and align with their business objectives.
• Understand industry trends and landscapes.
• Keep current with economic indicators, trends, supply and demand and competitors.
• Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
• Maintain knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO standards, cgmp/cgtp, and internal policies.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality for scheduled hours.
• Ensure completion of tasks within defined timeframes.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours with advance notice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
