Extremity Care seeks a proactive Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive sales within the Jacksonville area. You will present products to prospective clients, build relationships, and identify local opportunities while coordinating with internal teams to meet quotas.

You will analyze market trends, report on progress, and adapt strategies to achieve targets in a dynamic medical aesthetics landscape. A field-based role with occasional hours beyond the standard workweek is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and keep executives informed on progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales reps and internal teams to meet quotas.
• Answer questions about features, pricing and services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Share best practices across territories to support cohesive sales approach.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships to understand business needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, indicators, and competitors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA/ISO standards and internal policies.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; complete tasks within timeframes.
• Work outside normal hours when needed to support business needs.
