Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager to lead sales efforts across the Idaho territory from a hybrid-remote location. You will present our aesthetic product portfolio, identify client needs, and develop strategies to drive growth with medical spa accounts.

In this exempt, field-based role you will travel daily within the territory, attend trainings and events, and collaborate with regional teams to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales management experience or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Favorable background check required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives on progress.
• Serve as point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report regional sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales quotas.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
