Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma seeks an Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive sales in Wisconsin, promoting regenerative portfolio to medical spas and dermatology practices. This hybrid remote role requires frequent local travel, meeting customers, and partnering with the Regional Sales Director.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in sales management and a bachelor’s degree. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and keep executives informed on progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices.
• Maintain relationships with customers and understand their business objectives and needs.
• Keep current with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
